Mobile Video DVR Car Recorder Common Problems And Analysis Read Following Steps You Can Solve MDVR Problem Yourself

Vehicle mobile video dvr recorder common problems and analysis:

(1) The machine and equipment won't turn on：

1. Is the electronic lock on front of the mobile video DVR recorder is locked (which needs to be locked)

2. Is the ACC yellow wire connected to the power cord of the mobile video DVR recorder (it needs to be connected)

3. Whether the power prompt light is on when the mobile video DVR recorder is connect to powered (it should be on normally)

4. When the power indicator does not turn on, check whether the fuse of the power cable was blown.

   
   

(2) The device is not online:

1. Check whether the mobile video DVR recorder is turned on normally

      2.Check whether the SIM card was in arrears

      3.If the above two are normal, check whether the center IP and device number in the mobile video DVR recorder system menu was corrected

     (3) The device didn't take video recording:

1. Whether the SD card or hard disk is placed in the off state of the mobile video DVR recorder (it need to be placed when the DVR is off state)     

2. After the SD card or hard disk is used for many times, whether it has been formatted in the menu of the video recorder system (when the SD card is used for many times, it needs to be formatted)

   (4) The device cannot connect to the system：

   1.Try not to install the SD card or hard disk, and then check to see if the device can be turned on.

   2.If the SD card or hard disk is not installed and the device can be start normally, it means the SD card or hard disk is damaged.

   (5) The Camera didn't work:

   1.Please check whether the parameter settings in the video camera recording system menu match the corresponding camera.

   2.Check whether the channel connected to the camera has 12V output.
