After-Sale Service Repair Procedure for Car Safety Mobile MDVR Vehicle Security System MDVR Product Maintenance

The basic principle is from simple to complex.And the actual procedure is below:

1. Firstly check the LED status of the control panel. If power LED is bright, means the power supply is normal. Then use the multi-meter and check the main power suppply part of the motherboard is normal or not. There are 5V,3.3V, 1.8V, 12V power supply groups.

2. Turn on the device,  using your finger to touch the mater control IC(BGA sealed HI3512,HI3520), it is heating and hot if the device is running normally. If this IC's tempertuare is not raise(not hot), means the device is not started. There are possibly below reasons:

   1)flash firmware loss.

   2)PCB is with open circuit or short circuit.

   3)crystal oscillator is broken.

3. When the device shows "Loading" , there are below poossible reasons:
   

   1)Flash Firmware loss.

   2)Use the WRONG upgrading firmware version, so cause the communication between MCU and Mater Control is with error, so the device can't start, then shows" loading"

   3)DDR, HI3512 IC is with cold solder joint or short-circuit, or broken circuit(open circuit).

   4)Crystal Oscillator is bad.

   5)Pull out the harddisk and the display shows 4 splits screen, possibly the harddisk is broken or too many broken sectors ,so the device will take much more time to search the harddisk, which cause the device can't start.
